Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

A few days ago, I got a strong craving for biscuits. And the recipe I found is so good that I've been making them nonstop. Mmm, biscuits. I've made it with half white flour and half whole wheat flour and that tastes great. With all whole wheat flour though, it tasted a bit funny. Maybe it's the King Arthur brand I use, but I prefer just half whole wheat. These are seriously fluffy! I could nom nom on them forever.

I was also feeling particularly lazy this week, so this recipe was perfect for me as I used just one bowl and it literally took me like 15 or 20 minutes from start to finish. I liked the messy look of drop biscuits so I didn't even bother rolling the dough out either.
